Migrant Worker Story Showcase – Have You Seen it?

In Singapore, a prosperous city with a population of more than 5 million people, migrant workers account for 1.4 million. They are the primary workforce resources in family businesses, construction and production industries, yet they are rarely seen.

Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre and social impact start-up IAMinVISIBLE jointly organised the "Do You See Me" story exhibition, bringing together 43 migrant workers from different fields and countries to share their stories.

Singapore has just celebrated its 57th National Day, with this year's theme being "Stronger Together, Majulah". Migrant workers are not just labourers; they are our friends and family members. We have to be grateful to one another and create a better Singapore together with our hearts.
